What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support contract management processes, including monitoring and facilitating contract requests and approvals
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and facilities agreements
- Maintain corporate books for the company’s portfolio of companies
- Track and manage the company’s trademarks portfolio
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including the formatting and mailing of legal correspondence
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal certificate; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal work experience, preferably in healthcare or corporate law
- Familiarity with HIPAA, Stark Law, and other healthcare regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
