- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant with at least one active state license
- A proven history of self-generating loan volume and developing referral partners
- A strong understanding of different loan types and underwriting guidelines
- Proven ability to proactively solicit new business and work independently
