Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain authoritative compliance records required for NSA reporting and audit requirements.
  • Prepare structured documentation supporting Annual Compliance Reports and other regulatory submissions (NSA Article VI.C).
  • Track and maintain records of Trusted Personnel, access approvals, system inventories, and data handling controls.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of evidence packages supporting compliance assertions.
  • Maintain a compliance reporting calendar tracking all required submission deadlines and reporting obligations.
  • Support preparation for third-party audits and CMA-directed reviews by organizing and validating evidence.
  • Ensure proper chain-of-custody for compliance artifacts and audit evidence.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or deficiencies in documentation and escalate for remediation.
  • Assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and audit findings.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong documentation management and reporting discipline.
  • Experience supporting compliance reporting in regulated environments.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage structured evidence repositories.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and evidence validation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, information systems, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, audit support, or regulatory reporting roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries or government oversight environments preferred.

Citizenship Requirement U.S. citizenship required. Availability and Travel Primarily standard business hours with flexibility during reporting cycles. Minimal travel. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100k - 140K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
