Senior Data Scientist Manager – Games Product and Platform
Job Description:
- Enable the measurement, analytics and experimentation strategy for Games specific discovery features
- Drive experimentation for games specific features
- Collaborate with member team on shared surface experiments
- Enable the measurement, analytics and experimentation strategy for Games Platform features
- Own the information flow of critical backend platform data
- Coach and inspire a high-performing team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing highly technical individual contributors
- Deep understanding of data science, analytics engineering, and business analytics
- Exceptional business acumen
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders across a variety of disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Ph.D. or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
