Accounts Receivable Manager

Guild Garage Group is currently conducting a search for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our corporate accounting team. This position will play an active role in providing A/R support to our brands and providing necessary oversight. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong desire to learn and implement process improvements. The ability to prioritize, efficiently plan work activities, and be detail and results oriented is critical to the position. Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually Location: 100% Remote, preferred location in the Central and Eastern Time Zones

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections. Train and support brand level staff regarding the proper use of the CRM/Sales Order system. Answer questions from the brand on an as needed basis. Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and minimize overdue receivables. Develop and implement procedures to collect outstanding payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Provide oversight to brand team members regarding collection efforts. Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure. Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and recording of customer payments. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor required. Strong experience within a multi-entity business environment at a corporate level Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office suite Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar Experience using a CRM system such as Service Titan or similar.
