The Role We’re looking for a .NET Core Developer with 3+ years of experience in controller-based API design, data management using an ORM, reactive web development, cross platform development on Windows, macOS and Fedora/CentOS/RHEL/Ubuntu who can hit the ground running and take ownership of core parts of our platform. You’ll work across the stack (primarily backend-focused), helping to plan, design, develop, ship and maintain infrastructure, platform features and client facing applications. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved from beginning to end. What You’ll Do Work in C# and .NET Core >=8 Design and develop controller-based APIs using Fluent Builder workflows and Entity Framework ORM Integrate API features with client facing web applications using Blazor WASM and Blazor Hybrid Steward features from concept to production Work with architects and designers to update, migrate, create and ship features Improve performance, reliability, and scalability as we grow Contribute to technical decisions and help shape our engineering practices Move fast, iterate quickly, and continuously improve the codebase What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core demonstrated by work history and a technical assessment and/or public code repositories with personal projects Understanding of controller based, RESTful API patterns and efficient database interactions using Entity Framework Working knowledge of identity providers and token-based session management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience in cross platform development Experience with component based, reactive web development frameworks like Blazor, or ReactJS Familiarity with Apache Kafka, SignalR and other distributed communication systems. Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms Experience with Docker or containerized workloads. Fast iteration cycles with real user feedback Physical Requirements This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation. Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals. Some tasks require that ability to communicate orally. Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Compensation & Benefits (California-compliant disclosure): This position has a salary of: $100,000 to $130,000 annually Additional incentives may apply This range represents a good faith estimate. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. Benefits: May include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other programs.
