Pardot Automation Manager (6 months contract, Fully Remote) Department: Marketing Technology Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Location: India Description ABOUT THE CLIENT It operates as a communications technology company. The Company offers an easy-to-use communication platform and solutions for video meetings, phone calls, whiteboarding, and annotation for users to connect with anyone from anywhere. ABOUT THE ROLE We require a skilled individual who is familiar with end to end marketing automation on the Pardot platform, with key project management to help drive the Enterprise Marketing business. This role will work with regional Campaign Operations Managers to deliver best in class programs supporting Demand Generation, Customer retention and upsell programs. Key scope of the role includes the following.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution of marketing automation campaigns via Pardot including audience building/selection, platform asset production, scheduling, and delivery of emails and landing pages. Produce high-quality campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines, including emails, landing pages, templates, forms, and other digital experiences Test assets to the highest standards against devices, email clients, browsers, and operating systems Use project management software to prioritize and delegate workload, track efficiency and communicate with stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, optimize, and report on the end-to-end campaign production process Utilize Pardot's automation capabilities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, conform to best practise approached, and enhance the overall customer experience Produce detailed and accessible documentation where applicable on processes, workflows, improvements and functionality Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Proficiency in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce - Strong technical skills in HTML and CSS - Experience using project management software such as Asana or Wrike - Familiarity with email testing platforms like Litmus or Email On Acid - Competency in design tools including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery - Proven experience in end-to-end marketing automation campaign execution - Ability to produce digital assets including emails, landing pages, and forms - Skill in testing assets against multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems - Experience in documenting processes, workflows, and technical functionality - Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders Apply To This Job
