What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information
  • Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Identifying trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth

  • Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively
  • Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a strong understanding of keyboard shortcuts and productivity tools
  • Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision, with a passion for delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
  • Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:
