Job Summary

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families. You'll gather information from callers, relay that information to clinicians, and provide exceptional customer care. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families

  • Gather information from callers and relay that information to clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and families
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Navigate difficult calls and remain professional and composed
  • Enhance customer care skills and advance within the company

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Work Environment and Company Culture

* Work-from-home (remote position) after a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center

  • Monday – Friday schedule
