Supply Chain System Analyst We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain System Analyst with a focus on supply chain systems to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to support supply chain system implementation, manage 3rd-party IT vendors effectively, and undertake necessary BI database development tasks. You will act as a bridge between the business team and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise, supply chain knowledge, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across functional teams and external partners. About the job: Conduct in-depth supply chain system analysis, understand business requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications and system requirements for supply chain IT system implementation. Conduct or support systems projects, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business expectations. Undertake necessary BI database development work, including data modeling, ETL process design and implementation, report development, and data visualization, to support supply chain performance analysis and business decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including supply chain, operations, finance, and IT) to promote system adoption, provide technical guidance and training, and address business users’ system-related questions and needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in systems, BI development, and related domains, and propose innovative solutions to improve supply chain operational efficiency and data management capabilities About you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science & Technology, or related majors. At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst, or related role, with proven experience in supply chain system implementation, 3rd-party IT vendor management, and BI database development. Solid technical foundation in ERP or sub-systems, proficient in business analysis methodologies, system requirement modeling, and project management basics. Hands-on experience in BI database development, including proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, ETL tools, and BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP reports) is preferred. Familiarity with SQL database development background is a strong plus. Knowledge and experience in the SAP PP module are highly desirable and will be a significant advantage in the selection process. Proven experience in third-party IT vendor management, with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage vendor relationships effectively. Good English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proactive learning attitude, able to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and business environments. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to bridge the gap between business and technology. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, able to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions. Good project management awareness and ability, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
