Position Summary: ​The Coordinator, Travel supports company collaborators by planning and booking business travel, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and excellent service. Coordinators contribute to an equitable experience, provide helpful guidance, and promote collaboration and growth within the team. Role and Responsibilities: Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) for collaborators. Ensure travel policies are followed fairly and consistently. Provide clear, empathetic guidance to collaborators regarding travel options and company procedures. Resolve travel-related issues promptly, advocating for collaborator needs and justice in problem resolution. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and expenses. Suggest improvements to travel processes for better service and fairness. Participate in team meetings to align goals and best practices. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Experience in travel planning or a customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to providing equitable and helpful service. Ability to work collaboratively and support team development. Comfort with travel booking platforms. Budgeted Hiring Range $25—$27 USD All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
