Business Analyst

The Role We are looking for a Business Analyst who is customer-facing, process-oriented, and curious about how software works. This role is designed for someone who can grow into a forward-deployed, high-ownership role over time.
Responsibilities
- Understand business processes, user workflows, and pain points through direct customer interaction
- Translate real-world needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with architects and developers to shape solution options
- Support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness
- Create clear documentation that engineering teams can execute against
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and validation
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst
- Prior professional experience required (not a fresh graduate role)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong process-thinking and problem-solving ability
- Curiosity about software systems and interest in using AI in daily work
Nice to Have
- Exposure to enterprise systems or implementations
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem or complex B2B systems
