What makes you a great fit Must Have: 6+ years of hands-on Android development experience in production environments Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin (mandatory) and strong experience with Java Proven experience building and maintaining complex, production-scale applications Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM / MVI / MVP) and ability to apply them correctly Strong experience with Android Jetpack (including Compose) and Coroutines Advanced knowledge of Gradle, build configurations, and dependency management Hands-on experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (Koin preferred) Proven experience working with RESTful APIs (Retrofit, OkHttp) Strong understanding of data persistence (local DBs, caching strategies, data flows) Solid experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Google Play Store Ability to take full ownership of features — from product definition to production, independently Strong Expectations: High bar for code quality, maintainability, and scalability Strong focus on UI/UX precision and implementation quality Ability to break down complex problems and execute with minimal supervision Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving alignment Comfortable working with AI tools to improve development efficiency Additional Requirements Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong Git experience and clean development practices Fluent English (written and spoken) B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent — strong advantage Your day-to-day in this position null Why work with us?
