What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
- Resolving customer issues with empathy and a smile
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer savvy and proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues
The Equipment You'll Need
To perform your job duties, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a speed of > 15 Mbps (hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
