As a Customer Growth Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth Representative to join our team in San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Banning, and surrounding areas. As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, restock and build displays, sections, and racks, and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and increase customer engagement

  • Secure placement of equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
  • Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal product visibility
  • Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Support the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the company

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the beverage industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, including promotional planning and execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
