As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our passengers, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their entire travel experience.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling various tasks, including checking in passengers, processing payments, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, or business)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, in accordance with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in a limited space and perform all job duties within a confined area
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, in-person, and on public address systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to convey information and instructions verbally or through radio equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computerized retail location systems and other technology used in the airline industry
