Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making

• Answer complex business questions and provide expert insights on various product and business streams to enhance customer experience and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable data insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, correlation, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and a willingness to have fun
• Unique interests or areas of passion that influence the way you interact with others and approach your work
