The Corham Agency | Financial Advisory is seeking remote Insurance Agents for a commission-based sales and client service role. This opportunity welcomes candidates with insurance licenses as well as individuals new to the industry. Comprehensive licensing support, structured training, and ongoing mentorship are provided to help new agents develop productive, long-term careers while progressing toward leadership and residual income opportunities. Position summary:

  • Conduct consultative client conversations to assess life, health, and financial protection needs.
  • Explain product options clearly and ethically, tailored to each client’s circumstances.
  • Recommend and present customized insurance and protection solutions.
  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, policy placement, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and periodic outreach.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely, professional manner.
  • Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional interpersonal demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn sales, service, and compliance processes.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
  • Reliable internet connection and phone access for remote work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Active life and/or health insurance license(s). Candidates without licenses will receive support through the licensing process.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, finance, or entrepreneurship.
  • Interest in leadership, agency development, and building residual income streams over time.
