Inside Sales / Listing Specialist (Remote) Company: Simply List Now Location 100% Remote I Serving multiple markets: FL, NC, SC, GA, AL, TX, PA, OH, KY, TN + expansion states A Sister Company of Home Offer 365 Simply List Now is the listing-focused division of Home Offer 365. We generate and receive a high volume of inbound seller leads nationwide, with approximately 80% of leads being retail homeowners who need to be converted into listing opportunities. We are expanding across multiple states and are looking for a high-performance Inside Sales / Listing Specialist who can take ownership of inbound conversion, drive results, and grow into a leadership role as the department scales. This is not a “just answer the phone” role—this is a performance-driven opportunity with a clear path into leadership and team management. Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales, phone sales, or appointment setting experience (preferred)
  • Real estate experience is a plus (not required)
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable being held accountable to metrics and performance
  • Coachable, competitive, and consistent
  • Someone who wants ownership, not just a paycheck

Compensation & Earnings

  • Base Salary + Commission + Volume Bonus
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000 – $75,000 (Base + Commision, Volume Bonus)
  • Weekly pay
  • Performance bonuses (including weekend bonuses)
  • Commission paid per closed listing agreement (after closing)

Leadership Growth Potential:

  • Senior ISA promotion based on performance

Schedule

  • 40–45 hours per week
  • 8–9 hour shifts (EST)
  • Some evening coverage (5 PM – 8 PM EST)
  • Optional weekend shifts available (bonus eligible)

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound seller leads and convert them into listing appointments
  • Spend 80–90% of your time on the phone speaking with homeowners
  • Build trust, handle objections, and guide sellers through listing decisions
  • Follow proven scripts, systems, and CRM workflows
  • Manage pipeline, follow-up, and appointment setting
  • Consistently hit conversion and activity KPIs
  • Participate in coaching, training, and roleplay sessions
  • Help improve systems as the department grows
