Job Summary

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies, growing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and contract management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, procurement teams, and external partners to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve process efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our services.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve process efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our services

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, procurement teams, and external partners
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve process efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our services
• Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes for professional services, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Analyze bids and proposals, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and execute clear, concise negotiation strategies, utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies to drive cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Develop and execute performance control applications, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and quality practices
• Communicate and document the status of important outside relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Analyze market trends and conditions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Participate in professional development activities, staying up-to-date with contemporary business quality practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions
• Showcase expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing

• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Internal client awareness, with the ability to work in various environments
• Ability to handle ambiguity, with a strong focus on process improvement and cost savings
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal phrases and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions
• Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Established experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional services sourcing history, with a focus on consulting and advisory services
• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, with a focus on professional services sourcing

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
