Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Developing and executing strategies to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and reducing churn
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, leveraging customer feedback to inform product development and improvement
  • Providing detailed feedback to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Analyzing customer data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and metrics
  • Experience working with CRM systems, customer data platforms, and other sales and marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
