As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will play a vital role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, ensuring we provide elite service to both parties.

Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of order-related issues
  • Responding to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and drive business growth
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Your Progress as a Customer Service Associate

As you progress in your role, you can expect to:

  • 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces. You'll learn how to identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, developing your critical thinking skills.
  • 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You'll handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and providing real-time assistance.
  • 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. You'll manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate, you'll need:

  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills: You'll be able to effectively communicate with customers, sellers, and internal teams, while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service mindset: You'll embody problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Interest in the live event space and an eager to learn attitude: You'll be passionate about the live event industry and committed to ongoing learning and development.

Work Environment and Benefits

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model, 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
  • Compensation: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, Bi-Annual bonuses, and annual equity grant.
