Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, creating a positive and personalized experience for each caller
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, building trust and confidence with clients
- Fostering a proactive and helpful approach to resolving customer needs, utilizing active listening skills to determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to sales and customer service excellence, with a focus on meeting individual and team goals
- Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to drive business growth
- Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, with a focus on attention to detail and technical proficiency
- Enjoying a fast-paced and technical work environment, with opportunities for growth and development

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
