Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions. You'll be part of a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment, and you'll have the opportunity to build the arenaflex brand and make a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels

  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Navigate multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

How You'll Do It

* Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries

  • Leverage multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Build the arenaflex brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

Bonus Points

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a digital banking or payments environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with scripting and procedure-based customer service environments
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
