Experience:

Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance
  • Processing and arranging shipments for customs release from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
  • Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs)
  • Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
  • Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Working closely with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings
  • Ensuring adherence to all service and organizational strategies

Capabilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED)
  • No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
