Curriculum Developer for Advanced STEM Programs

This role is crucial in shaping the future of our educational offerings, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pedagogical principles, curriculum design frameworks, and current trends in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive curricula for various educational levels, focusing on STEM subjects. Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, project-based learning activities, and digital resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness. Conduct research on emerging educational technologies and methodologies to integrate them into curriculum design. Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary revisions. Ensure all curriculum materials meet established quality standards and learning objectives. Provide training and support to educators implementing the new curriculum. Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, STEM field, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program development. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful STEM curricula. Strong knowledge of learning theories, assessment design, and instructional technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in using various educational software and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
