We’re looking for an A* Klaviyo email marketing specialist!

$60k-$70k/yr earning potential: flat salary + performance % bonuses per account 📈.

We’re Paid House Media — a fast-scaling, 7-figure full stack performance marketing agency trusted by 8- and 9-figure brands.

We’ve been building a top 1% email marketing department to help our paid ads clients scale even further.

The department has been growing fast, and now we’re looking for our second email marketing specialist.

This is someone who directs the strategy, manages clients, and scales results across our roster.

You’ll be managing a pod with your own dedicated email designer and klaviyo technician – your job is purely strategic.

– Managing 8–10 client accounts

– Planning campaigns and flows that drive revenue and brand equity

– Managing accounts and ensuring high performance

– Owning client relationships
