Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and upselling our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, inbound contact center environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails from customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact center environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Utilize various tools and systems to resolve customer issues, including billing and payment queries, plan changes, and technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
What You'll Need
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using various software and systems, including CRM and billing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a set schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace required for remote work
