Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to support our vision as we scale. The ideal Product Designer has strong experience in creating intuitive, user-centric designs and excels at both individual contribution and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with our team to design exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design strategy for complex, high-impact initiatives, driving user-centric decision makingOwn the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and post-launch iteration.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in FigmaShape and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, leadership and other key stakeholders to define user problems and design effective solutions.Present and communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with executionQualifications

5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B products.Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration features).Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product and visual design work.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and defend design decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Bonus: Experience with motion design, illustration, or branding.
