Job Summary

We're seeking part-time Live Chat Agents to join our remote team, providing real-time support to customers through live chat. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional customer service training or certification is a plus
