Experienced Customer Support Representative – Automotive Industry Expert

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers via email, SMS, and call. The Role:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer requests, questions, and challenges across all channels, including email, SMS, and phone. You'll work closely with your team to identify and resolve customer issues quickly, utilizing our comprehensive help articles and knowledge base. Your work hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer requests, questions, and challenges across all channels, including email, SMS, and phone

  • Utilize help articles and knowledge base to identify and resolve customer issues quickly
  • Collaborate with your team to provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Natural troubleshooter, problem-solver, and multitasker with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with macOS and iOS is required
  • Previous Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products is desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $21-$23 per hour, with incentives for positive CSATs
