Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring high-quality and secure customer experiences
- Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Insightful Center
- Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
- Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Strong understanding of web and cloud application development, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and secure applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 9 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a diverse culture
Skills and Competencies
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with web and cloud application development frameworks, such as Spring, Django, or Node.js
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, with experience in implementing secure data storage and transmission protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
