Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks
  • Participating in leadership development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support to our clients

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
