Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
  • Issuing membership cancellations
  • Fielding in-bound calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor
  • Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
  • Multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience is highly preferred

  • Must be over 18 years of age
