Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails, and respond to basic inquiries to provide exceptional customer support

  • Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support requests, create and update client service issue tickets, and prepare correspondence related to the customer assistance process
  • Support the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the business's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, clients, work applicants, and consumers, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms, and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • Perform general office roles, including but not limited to, filing, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work
  • Responsible for checking inventory products

Essential Qualifications:

* Work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform essential work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Energetic and focused with the skills to multitask and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest in detail and strong organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
  • Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics
