Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborating with the appraisal and consulting team to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Using the provided resources and tools effectively to address client questions and provide accurate information about our services
  • Documenting and tracking client interactions and inquiries to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed responses to client inquiries
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the live chat support process and contributing to its enhancement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
