The Role

As a part-time remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our passengers. You'll be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other related inquiries, providing accurate information regarding arenaflex policies, procedures, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex policies, procedures, and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
