Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our subscribers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving their issues, and providing accurate information and solutions. Your expertise and knowledge of our streaming platform will enable you to troubleshoot technical problems, offer guidance on content selection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Address and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex platform, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering guidance on content selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, preferably in Spanish or other languages.
