Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will:

  • Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
  • Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits
  • Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to use sales rebuttals
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 20 WPM
  • A passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
