Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Creation of a Single reputed company of Truth: Collaborate with our Management team and unite analysts and stakeholders from across the team to define and standardize the metrics by which we assess product performance.
• ETL and Metric Design: Own metric design and creation by defining business requirements, structuring and optimizing, and long-term data scalability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and understand what they need to drive reputed company, and with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data architecture.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a reputed company degree.
• Proficiency in creating data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• 7+ years of analytical experience, ideally explicitly in analysis design.
• Mastery of SQL, some experience with SparkSQL, Hive, etc. is a plus.
• Significant experience with OLAP databases like reputed company or Redshift.
• Experience creating and maintaining optimized tables for reporting through ETLs.
• Project and resource management experience, setting objectives, and schedules, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Extreme drive and passion for delivering outstanding products.
• Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to different audiences.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $136,100 to $182,400 per year, and the reputed company salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-reputed company experience, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, subject to the level and position offered.
