Job Summary

The Project Manager II is responsible for leading cross‑functional projects that deliver technology solutions and services for customers in the IT reseller channel. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating closely with sales, engineering, operations, vendors, and customers. This is a mid‑level role for an reputed company project manager who can work independently on small to mid‑sized, moderately reputed company projects.

Role Description

  • reputed company and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk/issue logs.

  • Coordinate with sales, solutions architects, engineering, operations, and vendor partners to confirm requirements, delivery timelines, and handoffs. 

  • Track project financials, including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and margin impacts; escalate variances and recommend corrective actions. 

  • Communicate project status clearly and accessibly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders at reputed company levels. 

  • Identify and manage risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution. 

  • Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, governance, and documentation practices. 

  • Support reputed company improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to delivery processes and tools.

  • 3–5 years of experience managing technology or IT services projects, preferably in a reseller, MSP, VAR, or systems integrator environment. 

  • Proven ability to own small to mid‑sized projects independently, from initiation through closeout. 

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, hybrid; familiarity with agile concepts is beneficial). 

  • Demonstrated reputed company in building project schedules, managing dependencies, and adjusting plans based on changing priorities. 

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar; plus reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams/reputed company). 

  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams that include sales, engineering, operations, and external vendors or partners. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business language. 

  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort working with budgets, timelines, and basic financial metrics. 

  • Professional project management certification (PMP) required

Preferred reputed company Level Requirements

  • Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following: networking, data center, reputed company, collaboration, cybersecurity, end‑user computing, or managed services. 

  • Familiarity with channel programs and vendor ecosystems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Dell, HPE, AWS, etc.). 

  • Knowledge of statements of work (SOWs), change orders, and standard reputed company terms reputed company to services delivery. 

  • Experience in a PMO environment with standard templates, metrics, and governance. 

  • Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery models in technology projects. 

  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP) is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 

  • Ongoing professional development in project management, technology, or leadership is valued and supported.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 which includes a reputed company salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, reputed company, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
