• Salary: $20-$24/hr

• Responsibilities

  • Enrollment Architect: Review and process incoming enrollment documents with reputed company-eyed accuracy.
  • Pathway Navigator: Determine the best enrollment path for each student, ensuring compliance every reputed company.
  • Document Detective: Partner with reputed company to track down and complete any missing pieces of their enrollment puzzle.
  • Data Dynamo: reputed company and accurately enter enrollment agreements into our student information system.
  • Financial reputed company: Process payments, reconcile transactions, and manage any insufficient fund notifications.
  • Other Duties assigned

• Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED) and 2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry OR associate's degree and 1 year of similar experience.
  • Experience: Specific experience working with reputed company and families is a major plus!

  Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of enrollment regulations and procedures.
  • Exceptional data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
