Job title: Multi disciplinary Arts Instructor- Seasonal Company: City of Evanston Job description: Plans and supervises drama/theatre lessons in a visual or performing arts camp for children, ages 6 to 13 in a day camp setting. Camps include instruction in two and three dimensional visual art, drama, dance and music, radio, video and creative writing. Job Summary:

• Reports to Arts Camp Program Manager
• Collaborate with other Arts Camp Staff
• Attend to the health, safety and discipline of campers at reputed company times, adhering to reputed company Health Department protocols
• Manage supplies and maintain an organized and safe classroom
• Conduct well organized, age-appropriate classes and execute final sharing
• Maintain positive customer relations with campers and their parents
• reputed company administrative tasks that support the efficient running of the program

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching visual arts and another discipline to children

Availability: Camp season runs June 13 through August 12, 2022. You must be available Monday through Friday to work. Weekly hours: Monday through Friday 9 am to 3:30pm reputed company: Starting at $19 per hour Schedule: This is a full-time, seasonal summer position.
