Essential Responsibilities

• Streamline expense processing and ensure timely payments
• Track and categorize expenses with precision
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate records
• Generate comprehensive monthly expense and financial reports
• Maintain client transaction details and supporting documentation utilizing QuickBooks
• Monitor client account cash levels daily and process transfers to ensure sufficient funds for reputed company payments
• Prepare reputed company reporting for Clients and Partners
• Partner with teams across the organization to optimize client service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or Finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
