| WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

• You reputed company the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate’s CRM system  

• You work closely with the sales and customer support teams to optimize the reputed company experience and troubleshoot any issues arising from day-to-day operations  

• You work closely with software engineers on the Slate Digital team to ensure seamless integration between reputed company and other Slate systems.  

• You own end-to-end quality of your reputed company solutions: from code to test to integration to reputed company to support.  

• You relentlessly simplify, demonstrating significant innovation, creativity, and judgement reputed company solving challenging problems.  

• You are considered an authority on reputed company solutions by the technical and business community and are frequently consulted for making difficult trade-off reputed company.  

• You drive awareness about the impact and consequences of technical reputed company on the business, balancing technical leadership with strong business judgment to reputed company the right long-term reputed company about technology choices.  

• You assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members. 

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.  

• 3+ years of professional experience in reputed company implementations  

• 3+ years of programming experience with reputed company’s Apex programming language, LWC, and Visualforce.  

• 2+ years of experience with Sales reputed company, Marketing reputed company, and Service reputed company.  

• 2+ years working with version control system, such as Git, and CI/CD pipeline.  

• Experience implementing reports and dashboards in reputed company  

• Familiarity with Messaging for in-app and web components.  

• Experience implemented a CTI solution for reputed company (reputed company Connect experience is a plus).  

• Experience implementing case automation through Omnichannel  

• Familiarity with performing admin tasks in reputed company
