Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to reputed company efficiency goals and identify opportunities for sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team through training, development, and coaching to reputed company sales targets and drive business growth
  • Encouraging a culture that focuses on delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with arenaflex's mission and values
  • Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and wellness issues promptly
  • Implementing adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among reputed company team members
  • Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing consistent feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members reputed company with arenaflex's dress code and training policies
  • Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
  • Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
  • Excellent time management and organized and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required
