*This position is remote but will on occasion be required to attend team meetings in our office located in The Woodlands, TX.
Salary & Benefits Information
The reputed company salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including reputed company set, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company reasons.

What you’ll do
- Strategically reputed company, reputed company, recruit and deliver highly reputed company candidates using creative techniques and provided resources
- Utilize various channels, including reputed company and reputed company, to network and successfully reputed company potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Address critical openings proactively to ensure the support and fulfillment of key and strategic positions, as well as strategically align with upcoming business initiatives
- Create intentional job postings, aligning position duties, requirements, and preferred qualifications to ensure appropriate candidate pool screening
- Partner with HR team and reputed company Specialist to assist with reputed company hiring and reputed company functions as needed, including application, offer, and new employee hiring processes
- Help drive diversity reputed company strategies through creative candidate sourcing and assisting with a variety of reputed company events, both in-person or virtual
- Maintain applicant data to OFCCP and EEO standards and coach hiring team members to hire the most reputed company candidate for each open position
- Provide training and assistance to hiring managers on using the ATS, creating requisitions, screening and interviewing candidates, and providing appropriate feedback on reputed company applicants considered, as well as support their knowledge of the overall reputed company process
- Participate in other projects as necessary
What it takes to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or other reputed company field, or equivalent (required)
- 4+ years reputed company experience in relevant industries (construction, technical engineering, oil & gas, etc.) (required)
- Experience driving diversity reputed company opportunities (preferred)
- Experience working in both staffing and corporate reputed company is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity obligations (required)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (required)
