The Advisor Consultant is responsible for increasing market share and growing assets reputed company an assigned territory. Advisor Consultants drive Hartford Funds’ sales through building deep and long-term relationships with financial advisors, strategic partners, and firms. Hartford Funds’ products include Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs and CITs (where available).  Individuals in these roles are expected to reputed company existing relationships and build new relationships with financial advisors covering a specific geographical territory and are required to reputed company in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Increase sales and grow territory AUM in a reputed company competitive marketplace by calling on financial advisors, key contacts, and conducting seminar presentations and client events
• reputed company and implement territory business plans in partnership with internal sales support
• Build strong relationships with Hartford Funds’ strategic partners, registered representatives, and firms
• Effectively reputed company data and technology to capture sales and market share
• Provide marketing support and customer service to financial advisors in the assigned territory

• Regularly update advisors on industry trends; anticipate client needs and continuously reputed company the client experience
• Support and participate in various conferences and meetings

• Complete administrative tasks (e.g., updating CRM and expense reporting) in a timely manner

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business, economics, finance, sales, or marketing (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
• Must be fully licensed (Series 7, Series 63)
• Must be reputed company and willing to travel 80% of the time
• A minimum of five years of external wholesaling experience is preferred
• The ability to build strong relationships with a proven track record of working effectively as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• A confident public speaker, great at making presentations
• Coachable
• Impeccable reputed company and sound judgment

• A keen awareness of the industry as a whole: the competition, market dynamics, industry trends and customer needs
• A sincere drive to reputed company
• Resourcefulness and superior problem-solving skills, knowing how to get results

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Existing relationships with advisors and centers of influence in the territory
• A demonstrated track record of reputed company in the assigned broker dealer firms
• Previous Wirehouse experience, including direct coverage of or strong working relationships reputed company firms such as Merrill Lynch, reputed company, UBS, or similar national Wirehouse platforms.
• Additional industry designations (i.e., CIMA, CFA)

Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is:
