We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative, responsible for delivering outstanding support to consumers as they set up various home services and providing personalized assistance to ensure a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the customer experience by presenting tailored services to meet their home needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of APHW services
- Utilize consultative selling to find and reputed company sales opportunities
- Provide consumers with excellent customer service
- Stay well-informed with market conditions and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions

- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, reputed company, and values
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette (using tone and voice inflection)
- Excellent time and resource management skills

- Experience with reputed company Office and CRM use
- High school or equivalent
- Inside B2C sales experience preferred
- Prior home system/utility service-reputed company sales experience a plus
