This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements. Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company design for explainer videos, infographic animations, training content, and corporate communications.

• Design scene layouts and visual assets using reputed company Illustrator and reputed company Photoshop.
• Edit video and audio content using reputed company and reputed company Audition.
• Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality. Internal Responsibilities
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal reputed company networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in reputed company design or a closely reputed company field.
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company After Effects with a proven ability to deliver clean, dynamic animations.
• Advanced graphic design skills using reputed company Illustrator and reputed company Photoshop.
• Hands-on video and audio editing experience with reputed company and reputed company Audition.
• Demonstrated experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
